Xypherous, what about AP nids who like building tear currently? Due to requiring mana costs on abilities and her only abilities being quite expensive and on lengthy CDs to compensate for her cougar skills she seems to be getting the short end of the stick in this situation. She went from being pretty much the best tear stacker to one of the worst by a simple changing of words.

Finally the corresponding nerf to Archangel, it was long searched for, those 25/sec mana regen were really broken.

Also: I'm concerned for abuse of this with channeled champions. Namely: Getting tear/archangels and sitting at platform and just channeling. To give you an example: Anivia takes down her lane opponent. She immediately recalls and sits in base channeling for the duration of the enemy's revive timer. Yeah, she loses out on some XP, but meanwhile she just gained 80+ mana for doing nothing.
