Apparently there's been a bug with refunding. Refunding champs brought with RP; they got the RP back, but the champ stayed, so people have been getting free RP.

I dunno if this is actual or not, I heard this off of another thread.

Didn't Riot say those 3 refund tokens were the only ones we would get?
