A friend of mine plays Karma top, and stomps. She turns your bruiser jungler (Shyvana, Hecarim) into an absolute monster.

I kind of expected that, but only because I play karma

what champs specifically does karma complement very well?

build/runes/masteries for karma? She's so underplayed

Karma is a bruiser's support, that loves farm. Give her top lane, and a bruiser jungler...

haven't played lol in a month. But I can assure you Karma does well in mid and top... just gotta stop rage at her if you want her to do something

Karma is best off with tanky DPS allies. I'm a little surprised she didn't become FOTM during the tanky DPS meta, to be honest.

Masteries I use are 9/21/0, to get both the CDR specs.
Althenes is pretty much a core item, unless you want to grab another CDR item.
Deathcap is good, but not to early, as you often need some survivability first. You get a lot of AP from passive anyway.
Seraph looks like it will be great on her, will have to check when it gets added (assuming it doesn't get scrapped)
Zhonyas I like a lot, as you can pop it and have shield just come of cooldown to save you fairly often.

CDR is the most important stat for karma.
Runes, magic pen reds, armour yellows, MR per level blues, Quints of choice (AP, MS are both good)

I dont wanna be skeptical but I have to be given my knowledge of the game....

how do you karma, I mean she has a pretty low win percentage on lolking.... also Morello even recently confirmed she is getting a rework because she doesnt fit in the current meta apparently... or as well as the other supports (sona, janna, lulu, etc)

I think a fair bit of the low win rate is people treating karma as a troll pick.
