Garrison is a great diving tool.
It can turn potentially disastrous dives into almost guaranteed successes.

Considering I'm just now getting into Dominion (31 wins/loses) I'm at the point where almost nobody but myself takes Revive, so I don't even bother talking about it

I'm just going to say that it frustrates me when people lock in Flash/Ignite or the everpopular Ghost/Flash and actually expect to do something useful with it. If they're high enough hidden ELO in Dominion they should be seeing full 10 revive games all the time and they should know to just bring it regardless of what champ they play.

In conclusion, I agree... Please use revive people.

small sidenote: riot has found a use now for every summoner besides promote and surge.

I usually put the revive user in the ground, and than when he comes back do it again and just smile. Enjoy yo self.

Honestly, even though Revive is very good, I don't think it's 100% required. That said, Flash/Ignite is pretty much never good, but I still never complain or request that people change spells if they have bad ones. At least for now, I'm able to carry 80% of my Dominion games to victory, and I don't see a point in fussing about my teammates when I'm confident in my chances of victory anyway. That may change once I hit "Revive elo", but for now, that's my philosophy.
