Hecarim wins because he looks like he doesn't exactly have a body, instead a blue spiritual thingy so punches will just pass through it. All that is attackable is his armour pieces, punching it will be painful to the guy punching. Although Hecarim has bits of armour on his fingers so he can use that to bash darius with.

Karma vs Syndra. Syndra would punch with some dark energy type stuff, But Karma will just become stronger after a few blows, and hit Syndra twice as hard. Karma wins.
