These changes sound pretty stupid honestly. You're going to make the jungle minions hit harder so that ganking junglers have lower health? That just makes the currently strong junglers even stronger because the weaker clearers will have lower health and worse/less frequent ganks. Improving items to compensate for that? How is that going to change anything? Why buff damage and buff items together? Isn't that going to cancel out?
The best junglers are the ones that have the best ganks and good clear speeds, lee sin is 1 such example. His health is going to be high because he has a shield, life steal, and good aoe and single target damage. Master Yi's heal is garbage and people won't even put points into it. Now Yi is going to take more damage and won't clear any faster. Both champions will benefit from the items, except that they probably aren't first choice items. If you're still starting with a cloth armor, then all you've done is nerf the worse junglers.
The third set of changes seem good, but I don't see how there will be more diversity at all. If anything, it's going to go back to being Warwick, Nunu, Fiddle dominated because of the sustain, or else stay the same.
