In addition to shoutcasting I'm pretty sure he also does testing/feedback and such internally.

Shoutcasting, interaction with the community, content release, etcetera.

He does some shoutcasting at tournaments, too.

Also, he gets royalties whenever someone builds Trinity Force and does tons of damage
