About this. I had embraced change. If I had not then I would still be playing on Dota 1s 5v5 map since that is where I started many years ago. When I jumped on to LoL for the first time I grew instantly bored of the similar ol 5v5 map that Dota had me interested many years ago. I was going to quit LoL after those first few games when I noticed the 3v3 map. It was a change, I embraced it and finally after many years enjoyed a game like this again.
Even though they forced this 3v3 map change. I tried it out for awhile. Unlike my first experiences with Twisted Treeline(original) I was not entertained by this new map. After all that is the point of staying with a game. So after giving Riot a few weeks to see if they would bring back the only map they had I enjoyed, I left LoL. Now I just hope they will bring the map back so I can reinstall.
I don't want them to get rid of this new map. Its nice for people to have different options to choose from. I will not play this new map, even if they bring Twisted Treeline back. I gave it a try, didn't like it moved on.
I know things change frequently in this world. What Riot did here was discouraging. I know a game is a game and if you spend money on it, it still has the possibility to break and you will have to get another one or move on. In this case, I am hoping I can come back and continue supporting Riot but why bother if it doesn't interest me?
