LMAO and you're just as bad as them, read all the Riot posts and login, shows ranked will be disabled at 8 pm PT so hopefully close to then. He explains its going down server by server and the Summoner's Rift changes are still being tweaked. -.- Anxious to fix that 900 elo are we?

The problem with Elise was not her damage, the problem is that she cannot remain in a team fight without dying instantly. No, she cannot just hang back and escape - she has no escape and her highest damage potential is melee, wherein she gets destroyed instantly.

Get HP = no dmg
Get dmg = no HP

No good.

Wooglet's Witchcap

So... Unique Passive, pretty nice thing you got there. Do you play nicely with Rabadon's Deathcap? If so, how?

Ever think about convincing Rabadon's Deathcap to do something similiar? Perhaps he could drop some AP and a drop in the AP boost and utilize a Negatron Cloak and make a magic resist equivalent.

Total increase of AP 50%.

I'm liking this.
