Love to jungle with Xin Zhao...and if I start buying Phantom Dancer (I also buy Youmuu's usually), that AS buff from crits is gonna be OP. And that increased slow duration is exciting. A little disappointed in the Attack Masteries just because you pretty much -have- to get the Crit Damage to get to Executioner unless you wanna throw in AP which isn't viable on most champs (save the standard hybrids).

But gg, well done Riot ladies and gents.

Hasn't anybody thought about the new offence tree with the attack speed boost after a crit. Has anybody thought about Ashe's early game along with her passive build up then a 100% crit at level 1?

On the Masteries and Summoner spells page it had said that barrier was a popular and potent spell on Dominion. It may be powerful but in all my games of Dominion i've never seen anyone use barrier and I'm just wondering why did you guys add it onto Summoners rift?

Ranged ADC's are not getting a buff from the masteries, but Melee ADC's are? I am not sure I agree with this. Would this not give people less incentive to play a ranged ADC?

Dunno what to make of the new mastery trees :| Very mixed feelings.

For example: Aren't spellvamp and lifesteal defensive options for damage characters (ie, AD/AP carries who would otherwise have no means of keeping themselves alive), so why are they situated in the 3rd tier support masteries? At least when lifesteal was in offensive it made sense. If not in offensive though, why not make them tier one defensive, as they also tend to help keep fighters/tanks going. I've just never seen the need for either effect to be present on a support character seeing as they're not meant to take cs or kills.

Also, being that the new defensive tree has 2 more options over-all (old def tree had 16, new has 18), I feel they should combine the armour/resist masteries in the same way they combined LS and SV. That way, pure defensive players can still utilise the new defensive options whilst not having to sacrifice either armour or resist.

These are just my opinions though, so agree with them or don't, it doesn't really matter. In either case, the new masteries will take some getting used to.

I think that the starting value of Barrier, at 115 is overpowered in the sense of burst mages and assassins. These champions rely on their burst to eliminate champions or get them really close, while the value of a shield for 115-200 (lvls 1-6) could cripple these champions and eliminate hopes of getting early kills. I am primarily concerned with this because Assassins are my favorite type to play, and i hope the starting value could be reduced to a more moderate value, like maybe 75 or 80, but no less than ignite's damage at lvl 1.

Wasn't Clairvoyance nerfed in the beginning of Season 2 because of its long reveal duration, which is coming back now?

Also, nice to see some of the underused/unused Summoner Spells getting a boost, especially Clarity now that it heals a percentage of mana. I'm kind of concerned about the new Revive on Dominion though, now that people don't need to invest in the SS masteries to get the extra speed boost.
