Shyvana won't be out, but champs like WW, Fiddle, Trundle, Poppy and those more focused on single targets will be more effective. Granted, I think Shyvana will actually benefit from all this because she as AoE and single target.

Alistar maybe. Mundo might stop maxing W because the health cost combined w/the increased time he has to keep it on to clear fast doesn't let him use it much.

Skarner is still beast mode, AoE or not.

Not really because most of them do lots of single targed damage anyway. Rammus, Alistar, etc are going to die.
