I .. they're so different. In what context are you asking this question?

One is a carry and one is a support/tank. I'd take a voli over Var though because I play adc mostly.

Varus is seriously the worst adc. He's a male Ashe minus her utility. Which is why Ashe is a very viable adc despite the fact that other adcs out damage her. Varus is bad because he has zero escapes, and he has to be really close to use his ult. If you want a champ that plays similar just play Ashe, she's so much better.
