Maybe you should take into consideration your own behavior instead of insulting the rest of us in this discussion with your inconsideration. And in the end, he doesn't deserve a ban immediately because of this, first maybe issues a warning via email. And if continues, maybe Riot should add in a "CD" to when you can use a taunt again. That would make more sense than banning someone who is probably enjoying a little fun in the game with his buddies, and if you look at the tribunal, they had won most of those games. Sure winning isn't everything, but if its such a big deal, mute your game for the duration, then tell Riot they should change something so that everyone who spams those emotes doesn't get banned, as it isn't truly ban worthy.
