Well from reviewing your case I'd punish for Section VI) Show Humility in Victory, and Grace in Defeat.

Spamming is reportable and based on two games you had people, both sides report you for spamming an in game emote. At no point should a player need to adjust their settings to avoid spammers.

If you are disrupting that many players its obvious you are being troublesome. Punishment justified. Please refrain from spamming your taunt/jokes/laughs then you won't be banned.

dont let this go away. we shoudl ahrass riot over this petty situation until tey tell it was a petty situation, and that the tribunal isnt perfect and that theyre working to improve.
and then they point out the times that the guy has been really bad and deserved the ban anyway.
