The amount of times I've had to dodge matches because of kids trolling during champion select has gotten too high to count. Currently there's no way to report these people, and for matches that do manage to get underway, any conversation that takes place during champion select doesn't make it to the Tribunal. Is there anyway to avoid this trolling, or punish these players in some way?

Pre-Game chats are viewable by Riot staff and are taken into consideration when cases get passed to their desk or they do a random review of Tribunal cases or an internal audit of accounts.

They'll get punished in time for their actions.
