I am not condoning the tribunal report card summoner's actions. But if that is the way he finds fun in the game then what is wrong with it?

Rather, I am trying to draw attention to a grey area of tribunal.

Some people find fun in the game by dying to the enemy team consistently and running face first into turrets. They call it fun, you call it feeding. It RUINS the game experience for everyone. Get my point?

Remember, you ARE talking about SPAMMING the emotes, not USING them...there's a difference and I don't think you understand that. I will punish if you're being annoying as piss with it. If you laugh cuz you kill someone, fine. If you laugh in the jungle, in lane, at shop, and every 10 seconds, that's overdoing it to be a jerk.
