Will Elo gained during this "Preseason" go towards Season 3, or will there be another reset?

I played Ranked Solo Q, and was Silver at the end of Season 2, but yet I don't have a Silver Border, while my friend does. Is it just a distribution thing, where some players simply don't get it right away, or is it something entirely different ?

Just curious.

Can we have all the icons below Diamond as well?

I want to have a green, gold, silver, bronze icon as well

having all diamond... well.. i think diamond looks the ugliest besides bronze.

Where did icon borders go?

Im guessing the Platinum Icon is the cup that looks like the silver one.. BUT has a " glow " to it?
