I love the game, riot, but with the new changes to the Nid skin and the new championship Riven, there is not a SINGLE dark skin character, or even one I can pretend is dark skinned (besides blue or purple) left in the game.
Do Damacia and Noxus only contain Caucasians and Caucasians dipped in tea and blue/purple monsters?

I find malz pretty tanned.. and actually if u look at shen even if he seems to be very.. dressed he aint doing bad at the tan department (how..I dunno..XD! but look at the skin showing.. it's not really that white).

I'm not really sure what you're talking about. Nidalee's skin tone is still about the same as Halle Berry, just like it's always been.
