So The Sang Blade and Rageblade would gain 3 stacks per proc from hurrican or only one stack from the main target hit??

Would Lichbane apply with this?

Since Hurricane doesn't prioritise champions, would it be possible to drop a load of wards when the teamfight starts to decrease the chance of it hitting team mates?

Also, in a "hindsight counter", Yorick (and maybe Elise) should be able to nullify a lot of the effect with their Ghouls/Spiderlings? (Not sure about the latter).

It's very difficult for Teemo to be OP. He's strong in certain match-ups, but:


He has ultra-low range.

0 burst early.

Can be totally closed out of teamfights.

No-one is countered harder by CC & gap-closers than him.

Extremely low base move speed, for a low range champ totally reliant on auto-attacks and mobility.

Tends to be hard-countered by a jungler with oracle

Is perhaps the easiest champ in the game to get a snowball rolling AGAINST, in lane, if his opponent gets an early kill.


I don't think this item will do a lot for him directly, as Teemo's main struggle is staying alive when he's facing more than one target, and this item won't help him do that directly. However, I do think this item may be a huge problem with Frozen Mallet, Cait & Graves ...

lichbane proc is a next hit modifier, I believe the answer is no.

That doesn't change that Teemo is squishy with a short auto attack range.
In teamfights, he is able to deal a lot of damage only if he is ignored...

remember this is a ranged only item so even though frozen mallet is applied it is applied at the reduced amount for ranged attacks.

So.....


Kayle can't use the new tiamat because it's for melee AutoAttackers only.

And she can't use Runaan's Hurricane because there would be a desync with her and the item.


THEN WHich ITEM CAN SHE USE THAT HELPS HER DO MORE AOE?
