We do. it would be titled - ***** about Ranked. It could have sub-directories that would include: elo hell, matchmaking system, boosting and suggestions. Then, the moderators of the forums should go and DELETE EVERY POST IN ALL THE OTHER FORUMS that have to do with *****ing about ranked; seriously, its annoying to see the same thing posted everyday, by someone new. even with "new suggestions".
