no its not inaccessible you just log in and then do something else for 2h (watching anime/homework for me) and then u can play

Copy your password, cancel your log in time, and paste it. Log in. If you have to wait, keep cancelling and trying to log in, eventually it'll be like, Oh you must really wanna play league huh? and it'll let you log in instantly. xD
