To the trolls in the thread, PBE elo rating rewards were set so low because they wanted to test Gold / Platinum / Diamond rewards. Making easier to get those ranks was the easiest way to test and without forcing them to play a **** ton of ranked games.

On topic
I don't know the current brackets. If they haven't said they were gonna change it then it should be the same on the PBE. Last season it was something like:

Bronze - 1200~
Silver - 1300~
Gold - 1400~
Platinum - 1450~
Diamond - 1500~
