It doesnt seem like she's too good at it. Ahri can 1v4 for a while. ryze can too. So can gragas and pantheon even. All they gotta do is keep the minions away.

But what about kat?

well technically she could, I mean she does have her bouncing blades and her blade whirl to kill minions, and then she can death lotus to stop enemy champions

:/ could that really hold anybody off? I don't think she can even hit minions with her ult. Her spin is her only hope I think
