I got a quadra kill like this once...
Teamfight at enemy base, I'm Brand waiting for my ult to come off cooldown. End up last hitting FOUR champions with my auto attacks despite being the only AP champ in the team. Good times.

Also a well placed Orianna/Tristana/Xin/Lee/whoever ultimate throwing the enemy team into the fountain

You're playing AP TF with Lich Bane, you are away from a teamfight. Your team all dies, the enemy jumps in one bush with about a third HP. You R in You use your Q, knock health off, then W for a red card and a pentakill.

First week with maokai I am playing magekai. fight happens I lay down my ult. Enemy team doesn't know what my ult does. They all fight inside. We get aced, but as I die my ult explodes and takes all 5 of the enemy team with me.

Die on Malz and have his E tick off and it get the penta 5 seconds after you die.

(Happened for me yesterday!!)
