Ahri systematically charms every person on the enemy team.

Step 1: At least one of the enemy lanes needs to suck.
Step 2: That lane proceeds to feed Sej.
Step 3: Charge into the gathered enemy team at some point while they are gathered. Kill them all in the process.

...Nearly made this happen. Heimer was hurt and running away from the enemy team so I charged in to save him 'cause I was fed. Heimer turned as I took all the enemy health bars most of the way to empty by myself. He managed to scoop all 5 kills with his E from enemies who my W would have killed in half a second more.

(Alternate yet the same silly way to pentakill: Heimerdinger attempts to 5v1 the enemy team. Gets beaten up and saved by a fed teammate. Scoops all 5 kills from said teammate with 1 use of an ability)

Zilean drops a time bomb on 1 enemy, That enemy then walks over to his low health teammates. PENTAKILL.
