There should be a free champion rotation for different summoners levels to avoid repeating almost the same champions every week.

I know the reason why MF, Ashe or Alistar for example get a space in the champion rotation almost every 2 or 3 weeks and this is because new players and I am agree with that. BUT, for that reason another champion doesn’t have the chances to be more than 2 times in a year (example Lee Sin). As a level 30 summoner and some IP I would like to properly expend, there should be a different champion rotation for each summoners levels in my opinion. Choosing higher difficulty champions for each level.
