her pass is not going up at the correct scale according to what it says it is suppose to, it gets consumed by minions.
her ult is not stunning correctly, its stun has a 1 sec delay, so it is allowing them complete what ever action that they are currently taking.
in my opinion it would have been better if it kept going up till she got a crit then have the 3 sec refresh delay

Um... did you read her passive fully? It's only getting consumed by minions at 100, like it's supposed to. It's up to you to manage her passive properly. I'll agree that the scale seems to be behaving weird and it seems to do a 3x bonus as soon as it comes back after being on cooldown, allowing for a possible near uninterrupted buildup if you only attack once every 3 seconds. I also didn't notice anything different with her ult, but that may just be me.
