is there any time you can have a sale for that or something cause id love to change my summoner name but i dont have that kinda money to spend on summoner name changes when id rather buy everything else first.. =/ 1300 rp is just so high

Anyway, try contacting Riot support and not the general discussion forum. And, I doubt they'll give it to you, you decided on that name when you made your account, if you want it change you can pay for it!
(The really silly thing is it literally takes 0 effort for them to change it, just a string in a mysql database I assume)
