Can anyone tell me about the changes to the last whisper/BT??

With the brutalizer building into either the BC or last whisper, how much does the last whisper cost now? or was the price on the brutalizer's price lowered to compensate?

Also, witht he vamp scepter changes, did the BT receive a cost increase/base dmg increase? or did it just gain a cost increase and no stat increases? or.. yeah.

BT now cost 3350 starts with 70 atk dmg. Stacks on it go up to 30 with max stats at 100 ad and 18% ls
