With the new DFG and Liandry's Lament she does stupid amounts of damage. She's honestly stronger than pre-nerf eve.

There's a lot of 'Broken' things in PBE right now. First check for bugs, then we need to fine-tune. If you have suggestions, give em (There's even a thread for them!) but stuff like this won't help much for now.
