I preordered awhile back and I redeemed my code back then and I got the xp bonus etc. Today when I logged in I have none of my preorder stuff, runes, champions, riot points or anything. I tried to redeem my code but since I already activated it it doesn't work. I just want to play with what I bought. I also sent an email to the support email address. Please fix my account so I can have my preorder ****.
