Seems like a location problem, Riot think you could respond? Shed some light?

My ping seems to be back to normal now.

Same problem. Ping spikes 1000+. Hermansville, Michigan. Provider is Verizon.

I really wish a red would address this, this is a common problem that happens every month or so.

Bump, I'm starting to think Riot doesn't care. This keeps happening over and over and over again, for the last year.

same here. I live in NY and play with a ping around 88-95. Mid game I have been getting lag spikes as high as 1400. I have just played in a game with a consistent ping of 230-330. This is unplayable and teammates in game just don't understand and rage.

Been unable to play to my best for a few hours now. Normal ping of 63ms is now at 183ms.
Telus - BC Canada.

Happens 1 week a month at random times. Was fine earlier in the day though.
