It hits like a hammer, along with Mystic Shot. It will ultimately lose you lots of CS than you'd normally get when using one of the default ez skins. Skins shouldn't make performance with a champion worse. Now on I'll be using the Frosted Ez skin until/if PFE auto attack animation and mystic shot are fixed.

It really saddens me that one of the most awesome skins has such a downgrade regarding its animations. I hope you fix them.
