How does the elo system work?
I know this guy who won 13 and lost 13 and had almost 1200 elo.
I know this other guy who won 56 and lost 60 and has 1100 something elo.
I have won 22 and lost 21 and mines only 975..

Someone please tell me why..

You were like 600 Elo, before the soft reset, last season and that's why you're at 975 with that record.

It was a soft ELO reset. Whatever your ELO was last Season + 1200 divided by 2 which results in your S3 ELO.

Still... 950 + 1200 / 2 = 1075...

so with 22-21 you should be up near 1100...
