During champion select, the notifications sent out to players don't have the players' names in them and instead look like this:
**randomusername has declined the trade.
**someplayer does not own that champion.
This doesn't even really need a fix; but my inner-programmer cringes a little bit every time I see it and I think I'm starting to develop a twitch in my left eye.
