I am rly rly rly rly rly upset!

I came home from class today to find my puppy eating my only pair of black shorties! Which is rly bad b/c it was part of my outfit tomorrow!!! I need to know where I can buy cute black shorties(need to be super short) from either: kohls, JCP, Macys, AE, Hollister, VS, A&F, old navy, or target.

Red long sleeve shirt(long)
Cute black graphic tee
Black denim shories
Red Leggings
Black uggs
note: The red long sleve shirt is longer than than the tee, <3 layering.

They are knock-off cheap versions. Airwalks to be exact. I was totally looking for the casual cute look, I have a TON of boots, mostly booties and knee highs and most with a heel/wedge .
