[Game][Minor] Mystic Shot doesn't proc Furor Enchantment

Ezreal's Mystic Shot doesn't trigger the ability of the Furor enchantment for boots (which gives a decaying move speed boost on any single-target hit), despite the fact that Mystic Shot is a single-target skillshot.

This is a [Major] bug because it is detracting from gameplay. Minor bugs are for typos/graphical errors/annoyances.
