I got to 1299 elo in ranked and 1370's on a ranked team in season 2 but I have no loading screen frame and several other people I know do. But no one I know can figure out why.

Same for me. My entire team got their Silver border and I did not. I know I was in the game enough since I made the team. I have played over five games in that team in 5v5 before the season ended (had about 6-8 games). All the members in the team obtained the border except me. Would really like my Silver border please and thank you.
