here is my history, and i had more than 50 unfair games since i got to 1450
i ve been to all 1200/1300 vs 1300/ 1400 +1500 this situation many times
and i mostly lost, i spent 2 mouth from 1450 to now 12XX for nothing

First off you would not be taking legal action vs the game, but vs the company, Riot. Secondly, it isn't their fault you have gotten unlucky with your matchmaking, happens to everybody, and you're the only one dumb enough to think you would even remotely have a valid case in a legal court of the United States of America.
