When will s3 start or it has already started without me paying attention? and how will the elo be counted if i start to play rank now? Will it get carried into s3?

Season 3 has already started and the elo has already been reset, you get 10 placement ranked matches and that will determine your displayed elo, gl hf.

Right now, elo is not being factored into ranked games. (I believe.) It will start at 1200 if you begin to play. Currently, we are in the preseason.
