Well, I have been perm banned. I had a gigantic thread explaining everything but it seems that didn't work. You have lost a very loyal customer on this day. I find it hard to believe someone can go do something for their country for months and come back to find out they have lost their account, get it recovered, then perm banned due to things that were done while I was away.

I have already said in the Riot ticket support I can provide proof I was out of country at this time, and named dates. 3 reports during that time when I was not around, and now this 4th report.

I spent well over 700+ dollars on this game over my couple accounts. It just amazes me that your player support is so weak. With a game this great you would imagine people would actually care about their customers and want to help them.

Here is how the conversation went :

I understand that there have been many reports for this account. But for the following 3 I did not have control of the account as I was out of the country.

I have proof that I can provide you if needed. My account was hacked sometime during the months when I left until the time I got back. Like I said, I have proof and can provide it if needed.

This would be absolutely awful if this account stayed permanently banned as I had no way of knowing my account was taken, or that a person was playing games on my account and getting punished.

I realize it is my problem to keep this from being hacked, but I had many previous tickets open which will prove it was actually hacked.

If you had actually looked into the account, there is no way you could justify this ban. I am not trying to test your authority, as I have none here on the internet. But it seems a bit insane that I do the things I do and I come home to find out that my account was hacked and that I can no longer access it for something I haven't done.

I have just recently (in the last week) gotten back control of the account. You can gladly look through all of my previous tickets.

If you find this ban justified, then I will have to deal with it. I will also have to deal with Riot being extremely unhelpful, and unwilling to help someone who helps so many.

I understand that some people lie, cheat, steal to get what they want in life, and it gives most people a bad name. Don't judge me based on another thread though please. I am not your everyday American Citizen.

Not even sure who to @. I just feel I have been wrongly banned and I am a little pissed at the moment. I'll get over it and find another game to play while I am in the States, it just really sucks. I just want someone to read this who can help me.

My situation is nothing like his, as I can 100% guarantee that whatever the IP addy is that was on my account while I was gone has no affiliation with me what so ever. I guess I am just a little ass-hurt and want to vent. Knowing I wont get an account back that I spent so much time and money on is just a smack in the face I guess.

This is more of a suggestion, but you should have added proof or some to it if it's a picture, if it was like say an airplane ticket I don't believe any information would be personal, and the name would be needed to authenticate you as the true owner of the account, if you use a fake name, then , if it was like a receipt or bill, cross out your address, account number, credit card, etc...(credit card used for your purchases would also be a great way of authenticating you as the owner if you have some supporting evidence of your leave but none as the owner)

Sooooo you have had other accounts permabanned as well?

Since if you still had access to those accounts, you wouldn't have need to start fresh.

Touching story.
But what Riot sees is your account in 'need of a perm ban' reguardless if it was you or not.
If it was someone else, that breaks the terms of Account Sharing.
If you were hacked/account stolen, thats also in ToA of you keeping your own login data private.

Sorry but Riot covers all your issues in their terms of service that you agreed to. Its unfortunate, but its why they do it.

Even if it wasnt YOU who was on it, someone still had access to it, whom was 'toxic enough' to cause the account to be closed. The account itself "in their eyes'' is still a risk of leaving open because of that, get what im saying?

Its like someone driving my car and running over street signs and parked cars. The law will take my car. Even though its MY car and SOMEONE ELSE is driving it, I lose my car.

I have access to another account that is level 20. I just really don't want to get back to level 30 to rebuy champs, rune pages, etc. Sorry, I should have noted that the account was level 20

I understand, I looked at that thread today and people like that give people that are honest a bad name. It comes with posting on the internet and being behind a random identity. You tend to jump to conclusions without knowing anything. It happens, I get it. I don't blame people who think I should be banned as they don't actually know the entire situation.

Sorry. I wasn't trying to judge you at all actually. I only offered that link to show you how Riot has responded to a somewhat similar case in the past. Your situation may be different.

As I said, @Lyte and wait. Quite often he will respond generously after looking up your history. Whether that's good or bad for you, you'll get a reasonable answer.

I'd suggest you post a link in your OP to the thread you're talking about for clarity. You've posted on two serparate accounts and it's unlikely many of the people on GD care to go find the thread you talk about.
