So I have decided to make my own rule set out of many rules that I have been told.. People have been not obeying because they don't know the rules even when they are told them
5 Hiders 2-3 Seekers

Hider Rules--------------------------------------------

Hiders can wait in base until 2:05 AT THE LATEST

DO NOT TAKE STORM SHIELD

Each Hider has 5 lives, unless a rule is disobeyed.
If you are out of the game(Died 5 times)
You must stay on the outer ring, NO GOING IN THE MIDDLE.

Items:
2 Slow items and 2 Vision items at maximum on the [Hiding] Team.
So 2 Twin Shadows and 2 Rylai's or anything else you are thinking of.

NOT ALLOWED:
Guardian Angel, Sunfire Cape, Thornmail

1 Randuin's Omen PER TEAM



Skills:
1 Trap/Jitb/Shroom per bush
Teemo: 10 Shrooms Max
Shaco: 4 Jitb's Max
Nidalee: 10 Traps Max
Caitlyn: 3 Traps Max
(Am I missing anyone who uses traps?)


No using Juke skills on enemys if they can be used on teammates
Such as : Katarina's Shunpo, can be used on teammates, so ONLY use it on teammates.

Master Yi's highlander on the other hand can only be used on enemies, therefore it can be used to juke.

Any skills that have no CC/Team Buff/Self Buff CANNOT BE USED.
If Ashe is given to the hiding team, YOU CANNOT use her Q(Frost Shot)


Seeker Rules ----------------------
Wait until 2 minutes before you go seek.
If you are under 300 health you have 5 Seconds to start going back(Unless a hider's Damage over time spell is on you [such as Teemo mushroom])
If you do not start going back than the hider's team can kill you. (If they can catch you;].)
Storm shield allowed.
When an enemy dies they have 15 seconds of time able to sit inside and than 30 seconds GRACE PERIOD
You cannot Camp them OR hit them while they are in grace.
If he helps a teammate during grace, his grace is removed and you can kill him.
1 Slow item and 1 Vision item allowed on the Seeker team.
15 Minutes oracle is allowed
20 Minutes Lightbringer is allowed
1 Oracle AT A TIME
If any of these rules are disobeyed than a Hider is granted +1 life. (Grace period is lenient, if you do not kill him during his grace than leave him alone and let him reset)
