I don't know if we read the same post, but I definitely remember him saying that he saw the reasons he was warned and saw that his attitude was a problem. Players really should get a grace period after they've been warned. If they're still negative, they'll end up in the tribunal again anyways, but if they're trying to clean up, at least they won't get retroactively punished for things they might have not even realized they were doing (as seems to be the OP's situation).

This is a prime example of an awful analogy. Law enforcement in real life has little in common with the tribunal. For starters, breaking the law even once will likely result in punishment of some sort, but it takes consistent violations of the Summoner's Code to even have your behavior reviewed.

Your options here are to:

A) Suck it up and improve your behavior when you get unbanned.

B) Move on from the game.

C) Cry a lot on the forums and then move on from the game.

D) Continue being toxic and get permabanned, followed by crying a lot on the forums and then creating a smurf or moving on from the game.

On the other hand, I would recommend to just not worry about the tribunal. I can just say, that it really isn't as bad as people make it out to be.

Just play. If you want to reform, try reforming. Try playing games and being that guy that people WANT to have on their team. Make jokes. Tease your allies in a friendly way. If some other lane gives first blood, just say "Don't worry, I'll be there to gank in a minute."

Be a positive force. If you get banned by the tribunal, well then **** the system, move on. If you don't, hey, it worked as intended.

Oh I know. I believe the honor system did a lot of reforming for me passively when it came out. My warning games were about a month or so before the honor system and my banned games were right as it came out. Hence why I don't really think my ban was justified since I was mostly being a sarcastic ******* (in a teasing / friendly way) rather then a ******bag cussing out their team mates because they fed FB.

But that's neither here nor there as the ban's already been issued and I'm not here to debate the merits of it.

However I want to be reassured the tribunal is a system that is still being worked on and tweaked so it actually promotes player behavior improvement, rather then its obviously flawed current form. I know I can probably escape going back to the tribunal ever again, but it's unsettling to think that such a flawed system is ruling over us and no one is trying to fix it's imperfections.

Trolls downvote just to downvote, they do not read the post, they do not bother to care about the post. They simply see "Tribunal etc etc." and downvote. Therefor the "Trolls can feel free to downvote." is completely justified. I did not say "if you disagree with me and downvote, you are a troll." Nor did I say "if you downvote you are a troll." I merely said, "trolls can feel free to downvote." Because I don't care if I'm positive or negative in votes, I will keep this thread alive and kicking.

... How else would I be able to bring this up unless it happened to me specifically? It's from my personal experience and it is drawn from what I know as a human being.

Is there going to be bias? Maybe in my view to whether or not I deserved my ban, but there is nothing else in my post that can be affected by bias.
