Because my reaction to the warning would've been the same, which was: "Damn I'm being an *******, I need to clean up my behavior before I get banned!" Instead though, I got warned months later for those games, and then got banned immediately after my warning.

1. Ok, see ya.
2. Yes, I can imagine that it was a let down. You had this "I'm gonna turn over a new leaf!" attitude and then got smacked with another punishment. The things you need to carefully realize:
A. You didn't get punished for something you didn't do. The punishment is in no way "unfair."
B. The Tribunal punishment system is not (nor can it be) based on how you WANT to behave in the future. It can only go by your past actions.
C. I agree, the past actions should have been judged before the more recent issues--or they should have been lumped together. But
the outcome would still be the same.
In other words, you didn't get some kind of harsher punishment because of the backwards way the Tribunal ran your case.
The argument that you somehow didn't realize you were being a d-bag could not possibly be less persuasive. If you really are that severely lacking in insight maybe a break from LoL would be the best.
