I went through the exact same things you did Prateem. Called my ISP, they said to try static ip, did absolutely nothing. Was a pain getting it switched back. I never knew that thing about malwarebytes. You can actually delete PandoMediaBooster. It's recommended by Riot to help increase your ping in games. Where did you find the log files telling you your IP was getting blocked for PMB on malwarebytes? I can't seem to find it.
