For him. I got over it REALLY fast. He didn't and kept trying to reconnect with me. I eventually asked him to stop contacting me (about a month after the break up). I wrote me a very mean email, and then proceeded to delete all of my other emails from years back.

Other than that minor incident I've been great. I'm overall much happier without him in my life. He had a negative disposition and after breaking up I see how much being around him brought my own mood down.
