The Idea Behind HeXp or Heightened Experience
First off I would like to personally say welcome to Heightened Experience Gaming, our ideals our different then your normal community in that its not just how you act here but how you live your life. Heightened Experience is not a choice it is something you believe in, living life to the fullest, finding that soul in human kindness and not being a fake to gain prestige. We cherish what we put our efforts into and have a passion beyond anything the norm can comprehend. Brotherhood, Honesty, and Character are the morals that we lead this community by.
The HeXp Challenge
This is our motto, this is our creed and what we hold closest to our hearts. Now don't get me wrong, we aren't all some love raging non-alcoholic drinking gamers that refrain from all pleasures of life. We come from all ages and different societies. We are men and women who trash talk for fun, poke fun at each other, ragers, quiet types, and so forth. We hold that level of maturity that allows these types of people to exist in our community because we know and understand that A. Gaming can get aggressive, is very competitive, and people have a passion to win. B. Some people hate these types, but in the end both sides tolerate each other, because we understand each other and we can game together while having nothing, but pure HeXp fun.

Let us get down to the reasons of why we excel. Dedication, we have dedication like no other to our members. We are a community, not a clan. We do not hold you to a standard where you have to dedicate your every waking hour to us and if you don't you get the boot. You can come and go as you please, all we ask is if you do leave let us know why you left so we can better improve upon things. We hope you would bring these deficiencies to us before anything occurs so we can correct the issues to better the community. We will make sure we expend every resource we have to making our HeXp your HeXp.
This is your community as much as it is ours. Yes we have standards and goals for the future of HeXp in place, but every single member has a say. That does not mean what you want you get, but we take into consideration every idea that comes our way. We do not give special treatment over any other member and no one has "true" authority over anyone. No one can force you to be more active on our site or gaming, that is your choice and your life. We have casual gamers and we have hardcore gamers. No one has more rights over the other. Our competitive players wishing to play under the HeXp name are however held to a different standard as stated below.
As freely as we run our community we do have a very refined pyramid that we call our chain of command. Now don’t get ahead of yourself thinking you have to adhere to this standard if there is someone else you want to talk to, go ahead. If you rather ask TGAOTU or myself a question instead of the leader of your game, go ahead, but the reason we have this is so there are people in place you can go to and we hope you utilize them to their fullest. It makes everything on our end easier so we can focus on things that need to be focused on while simple questions and problems can be handled by the section leaders. We have a lot of behind the scenes going on.
Our structure is as follows
Game Director (1 for each game)
HeXp Pro Team Leaders / Captain(1 team for each game)
Community Leaders (1 for each game)
Community Team Leaders
Community Team Captains
Community Members that DO NOT belong to one of our sanctioned community teams are to go to the community leader for that game. He is to answer all questions, comments, concerns for that specific game. If he cannot solve the issue or answer your question/concern then he will go to the Game Director. The Game Director oversees ALL activity within that game/community/teams. You are not to go directly to this person unless it is an emergency or the Community Leader is absent. The Game director reports directly to me - TGAOTU
Community Members that DO belong to a HeXp Sanctioned Community Team are to speak to their team captain / team leader first. IF the TC or TL cannot solve the issue at hand than the TC or TL needs to go to the community leader and so on so forth. IF the TL does not solve your issue within a respectable time frame than you can go to the community leader yourself. (UNDERSTAND that an hour does not constitute a respectable time frame!! You must give the TL a chance to contact the Community Leader!)
HeXp Pro Team members will report to their team Captain / Leader. If the issue cannot be solved then it will be forwarded to the Game Director and then on to me
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE CHAIN OF COMMAND FOR HEIGHTENED EXPERIENCE GAMING. THIS SYSTEM IS IN PLACE TO MAKE SURE NO FAVORITISM IS SHOWN AND/OR OVERSTEPPING YOUR BOUNDARIES. IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES OR URGENT MATTERS YOU MAY SPEAK TO ANY HEXP MEMBER ABOUT YOUR ISSUE IF YOUR CHAIN OF COMMAND IS NOT PRESENT. THEY WILL THEN TAKE THE APPROPRIATE STEPS TO HELP YOU!
Thank you all for being a part of the Heightened Experience, and we look forward to MANY years of continued service!
We would like all of our members to adhere to this standard at all times, but if anyone else is around and not busy do not feel afraid to ask them instead. We do however put these people in their positions, because they have A. Volunteered for the position, or B. We have asked them directly if they would like to be in this position, because we believe they have shown to hold our standards true and show they have a good range of skills required to hold that position.
Freedom of Life
This is your community and you choose how you want to use your time within it. We have hardcore players and casual players, we have streamers, youtube sections, media directors, forum directors, people doing gfx when they have free time, and so forth. You can choose to game with the community or just do art work for the community, you can make videos all day long or just hang out and chill. It is really up to you and how much you want to dedicate to the HeXp community. But we will say this " You will get out of it, what you put into it"!
Aside from being a community we are looking to grow HeXp into an actual business that will sustain itself through our various venues we seek out to further improve, wait for it...YOU! This business we are creating is solely for the community, allowing it to grow and perform at the Heightened level that no other can achieve. A lot of this is on the "behind the scenes" end and a lot of it takes place at the events or with our investors.
Hardcore Players(competitive players)
Any player wishing to be on our competitive team are given higher standards to abide by. You have come to use saying you would like to directly play for HeXp and represent us in the competitive gaming world. As such you are held to higher standards than a vast majority of the community. You are expected to have practices, to play in tournaments regularly, and be active in the community itself. We want nothing but the best from you and divulge all the resources we can to meet your needs of competing at the highest level. And remember that as future opportunities that arise in support of HeXp, so do they arise for our teams.
Drama and Problems
We hold a zero tolerance to any disruptions, issues and problems. [u]ZERO TOLERANCE[\u], we understand mistakes are made and people take what others say the wrong way. We aren't going to remove you from the community over this, we don't take actions on, "he said, she said." BS. However we expect you all to act like human beings should. If there is a problem you have with someone, bring it up with them first and tell them it is an issue, if they rectify problem solved, if not, try again. Show them it is a problem. We trash talk, we rage, we do stupid things, but we don't tolerate it when someone is insulted or offended by these actions and nothing is done to apologize. If your problem isn't resolved, THAN go and follow our Chain of Command to get it solved. If the person you went to doesn't resolve it, go one higher and explain he didn't solve it. If it reaches us, your problem will be resolved with every person that gave you a problem. No one is safe from being removed. Finally, remember we hold a level of maturity here at HeXp and want to maintain this. We people to freely come and go, but this isn't some haven for children. So do not expect something that offends you based on the fact you are not mature enough to handle it to go your way.
Good Luck, Play Hard, and Play Fair!
