As the title states, I am looking for a ranked team who would be willing to accept will accept someone with semi-low rating(around 900 rating, yes, I know, chances are slim), but also someone who strives to have a great attitude, works hard at improving, is willing to listen and follow instructions, has available methods of voice communication, a solid computer and a fairly solid connection, and someone who plays a substantial amount.

I'm 19 and looking to turn this into a part time job(which is why it looks like a crappy business resumè), because full-time doesn't pay the bills(yet) and you can't spell proactive without pro. I am active on both NA and PBE servers, and on the PBE forums as well.

I'm hoping for a team who's looking to culture growth and talent to make an amazing player. Those are my hopes. The reality is, most will look over this post onto people with higher elo with similar qualities. If my short term goal takes longer than the long term goal, should that deter me for achieving both?
I come here in hopes that someone will look at me(or my post) and say, I think he has potential, but I have full understanding that unless that day comes sooner rather than later, I have a long road ahead of me. I also hope this disdain(or sardonicism) for low elo isn't as common in the upper echelons as it is for low elo players.
