Don't know if you're interested, but two friends that I personally know IRL and I are putting together a team. Two of us are unranked as we want to avoid what you've had to deal with, and the other played a little in S2 and was a silver. We're pretty down to earth people just looking to up our competitive edge without having to deal with the stereotypical League of Legends elitist (Noteworthy, for example).
