according to the description of the skill Rune Prison; Ryze traps target enemy unit in a cage of runes, preventing them from moving or attacking, dealing damage for the duration.

Many times I've trapped people in this and they are still able to attack me, is there a counter skill or something that allows them to attack while trapped or is it just broke?

I think a lot of players get out of the rune prison by using the summoner blink spell. think that is a bug
